Property Investor Warns of Trouble Spots

Well known Property Investor, Craig Lang, has recorded an interesting video on his prediction of Boom and Bust - especially in the Commercial Property Markets.

He is an ex-Commerical Property Agent - who - apprently sold over $141m of properties in under 4 years.

On top of that, he has been mentoring quite a few Investors throughout Australia, and we can see why many Property Investors flock to him to  get his help in Real Estate Investing.

The video is very interesting indeed. It starts off talking about the normal stuff an Investor like you and me might already know, then it takes a nose dive into showing us evidence of why he, Craig, believes that out of all the States & Territories in Australia, he believes that, only TWO, will be going through a downturn in 2009/2010.

Apparently, he is also about to launch a brand new website — the Commercial Property Investor LAB — which gives prospective or seasoned investors all the tools and strategies you will need, for successful Commercial property investment.

From what I can gather, Chris has decided to take on a further 50 new LAB clients and 12 of those places have been snapped up.  I was not sure if this might be of interest to you, but the site has interesting stories and a gives a brief explanation to his 9 step model.
